The first lady of Mavin, Tiwa Savage, has spoken about her excitement at joining the Mavin crew. The singer and songwriter also thanked her management crew as well as Don Jazzy for providing a smooth and seamless transition to the Mavin setup.
“There are a few people that believed and went the extra mile for me when I first moved back to Nigeria,” she said. ”Cecil Hammond [of Flytime Promotions] and Don Jazzy always remained very loyal.”
The Grammy award nominee also revealed that Flytime and her own company, 323 Entertainment, would continue to work in close partnership with Mavin Records.
“Flytime promotions supported me in various ways and have always lent a helping hand and been a great partner to 323 Entertainment,” she said. “This has not changed and it won’t because we are all a family now.”
