We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Artist Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for securing strategic partnerships that elevate the Mavin Global brand, expand our artist reach, and generate significant revenue streams.

- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans for assigned artists, aligning with Mavin Records’ overall strategy and the artist’s career goals.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for artist growth and expansion across various revenue streams (music, merchandise, brand partnerships, live performances, etc.).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the A&R team to identify and develop new talent and projects.
- Oversee the artist’s financial affairs, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with record labels, publishers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize revenue streams, including royalties, merchandise sales, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to the artist and Mavin Records management.
- Develop and execute tour strategies, including venue selection, ticketing, merchandising, and promotion.
- Manage tour budgets and logistics, ensuring efficient operations and maximizing profitability.
- Coordinate with external partners (promoters, venues, agents) to ensure seamless tour execution.
- Oversee event planning and execution, including album release parties, award shows, and other public appearances.
- Develop and maintain the artist’s brand identity and image.
- Identify and pursue brand partnership opportunities that align with the artist’s values and target audience.
- Negotiate and manage brand partnerships, ensuring optimal returns for the artist.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations and media campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, providing guidance and support in all aspects of their career.
- Act as a liaison between the artist and Mavin Records, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide strategic advice on career decisions and opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to maximize the artist’s commercial potential.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for the artist.
- Ensure the artist’s brand and reputation are protected and enhanced.
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to the artist throughout their career.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the music industry, with a proven track record in artist management or a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the music industry, including trends, business models, and financial structures.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
