- Business Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new revenue streams, including licensing, sponsorships, and branded partnerships.
- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with Mavin’s corporate objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships & Deal Negotiation
- Identify and establish high-value partnerships with brands, corporate entities, and media platforms.
- Negotiate and structure strategic deals that maximize revenue potential and brand equity.
- Manage ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaboration and long-term success.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability of partnership agreements.
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business opportunities and clients.
- Lead business pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and optimize revenue generation strategies.
- Identify potential investment and funding opportunities to support business expansion.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and benchmark against industry best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve Mavin’s positioning in the global entertainment market.
- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Work closely with executives and department heads to align business goals with company strategy.
- Represent Mavin at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive business development.
- Other Administrative Duties Include:
- Regular reporting on business development performance, including revenue forecasts and key milestones.
- Maintain a strong CRM system for tracking leads, deals, and partner engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business deals and projects.
- Develop comprehensive business proposals and feasibility studies for new ventures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within entertainment, media, or tech industries.
- Proven track record of successfully closing high-value deals and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including licensing, sponsorships, and digital revenue models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
